I've scrimped and saved and did without for almost ever and ever and now I can get what I'd always wished for, but just never was able to have.

Two things:

1) A digital drawing tablet--mind you, it's not an expensive one; just one of those thirty dollar kind.

2) Get Photoshop--and without having to pay up the nose. Keep in mind, I'm too poor to go out and spend 600 dollars on a single computer program. So I just went someplace, bought a full version of some old 6.0 edition for about 70 dollars and then merely got one of those 'upgrades' to this newest edition (which seems to be CS2) for thirty more--effectively side-stepping all the unnecessary cost that would have otherwise locked me out of getting it altogether.

But when I can get the newest edition of a premiere graphics program for a sixth of the actual cost, that more than makes up for my error with the Art S. Buck model.
